Change your Google Play country

To delete the App Store from your iPhone or iPad, you’ll first need to install an alternative app marketplace and set it as your default for app installation. After you delete the App Store app, you can still manage alternative app installation features at Settings > Apps > App Installation.
Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps, and make sure it is set to Allow. Check the App Library by swiping all the way to the left and enter “App Store” in the search field and if found you can drag it to one of your Home screens.
